TERMS OF SERVICE & BILLING AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services provided by SEO For Real Estate Investors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By clicking “Complete Activation,” submitting payment, or otherwise enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide done-for-you digital marketing services, including but not limited to website development, SEO, content creation, authority-building campaigns, and related marketing deliverables (“Services”). Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are outlined on the checkout or activation page at the time of purchase.

2. BILLING & RECURRING PAYMENTS

2.1 Initial Payment

Upon activation, you authorize an initial one-time charge for setup, onboarding, or build services, as disclosed at checkout.

2.2 Monthly Recurring Billing

By enrolling, you expressly authorize SEO For Real Estate Investors to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for ongoing services. Billing occurs automatically every 30 days and will continue until you cancel. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If a payment fails to process, you’ll receive a written notice, and your service may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully completed.

3. 14-DAY CANCELLATION WINDOW (IMPORTANT)

You may cancel your monthly subscription within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial activation to avoid future recurring charges. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to admin@seoforrealestateinvestors.com and must be received before the 14-day window expires. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. If you do not cancel within this 14-day period, your subscription will continue and you will be billed monthly.

4. NO REFUNDS AFTER CHARGING

All payments are non-refundable, including one-time setup or build fees, monthly subscription charges once billed, and partial months of service. Cancellation stops future billing only. Previously processed charges will not be refunded.

5. SERVICE DELIVERY & PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue increases, or lead volume. Results from SEO and digital marketing services depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client participation. All Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide timely access, approvals, and all information reasonably required to deliver the Services, including but not limited to logins, content, and feedback. Delays caused by a lack of client cooperation do not pause, suspend, or prorate billing.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for non-payment, abuse, harassment, misconduct, or violation of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO For Real Estate Investors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
