Finding Cash Buyers

Finding Cash Buyers

Capt’n’s Log – February 4, 2016: How To Find Cash Buyers

Worrying about finding cash buyers this early on may be counting my eggs before they hatch but… I just sent out a bunch of mailers.

Yeah I complain a lot on here, but the second I write my article and publish it, it is out of my system. It is almost therapeutic. So ever since my last article about what success really is it inspired me to work harder and do more. So I stepped up and bought a list of about 2000 strong, and sent postcards out. I used GoBigPrinting. They are by far the best and cheapest printing services I found and the owner is just super cool. He spent about an hour talking to me explaining me what others are doing and what seems to be working and what does not. We just got sidetracked and taled about will … doesn’t matter. Cool guy cool company!

This is a large highly targeted list. If I do get something under contract, would any of you be willing to walk me through the process? Maybe we can negotiate some compensation if that inspires you to help?

Maybe use one of your buyers?

Cheers.

I never took farming for buyers seriously. And I still do not. It always ends up last on my to do list because you do not readily see value in this until you get a contract signed and then kick yourself in the ass wondering WHY you never took it more seriously. So Do NOT do what I did or what I am still not doing. Get buyers always constantly all the time now, now right now, stop eating, stop pooping.. get on craigslist and post your ads, get buyers now still always and forever! Get it?

During this time I wasn’t much in the mood of writing and documenting so I am going to do it now. I had sent postcards. Just yellow postcards. I got my list from listsource, 90%+ equity, absentee and non-absentee owners, single family, older people. And I just sent it.
